Tasting Note

A semi-dry version of Sauvignon Blanc that embodies the melon and citrus side of the grape, but shows little of its grassiness. The sweetness doesn’t overtake the wine’s fruit and structure at all; instead it’s a clean and dry finish. Drink now or over the next few years.

Wine Description

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this is a young white wine of pale yellow color and greenish tones and, on the nose, with great aromatic potential, recalling citrus and floral. The palate relects the wine's youth,with a balanced acidity and subtle sensations of carbonic fermentation, making this wine very fresh in the mouth, but one with an intense, persistent aftertaste. The Argum Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with all kinds of fish and seafood, as well as being an ideal wine for first courses or appetizers.

About the Winery

The Argum winery is located on the Route of Don Quixote and a few minutes from Villarrobledo. With the same philosophy used in the care of our vineyards, we harvest the grapes that nature provides in a given year, and using the latest technology and the utmost care, we transform this precious fruit in our wines, whose main characteristics should be expressed throughout the process. In our aging cellars, outside the fast pace at which we move, our wines mature, enriched with each of the scents that they carry from the best wood and also with the peace and quiet they need.
